About Volunteers for Youth Justice (VYJ):
Volunteers for Youth Justice (VYJ) is committed to advocating for youth in the foster care system through programs like CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). VYJ ensures that every child has the support and resources they need to thrive and provide a community caring for children, youth, and families in crisis. The National Court Appointed Special Advocate Association, together with its state and local member programs like ours, supports and promotes court-appointed volunteer advocacy so every abused or neglected child in the United States can be safe, have a permanent home, and have the opportunity to thrive.
