We have various events but Battle of the Gumbo Gladiators is our largest event and fundraiser.  This is a gumbo cook-off that takes place at Festival Plaza in Shreveport during March each year.  Our normal attendance is approximately 50 cooking teams and over 6,000 attendees.

 – Gumbo Committee Member – Participate on our gumbo committee throughout the year –

 – Day of Event Volunteer – Volunteer for one of the many spots we have available during the event.  (approximately 4 hours) –
