Volunteers for Youth Justice is excited to announce the inaugural Haunt the Harbor fall festival, taking place on Friday, October 25th, from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM at The Harbor, located at 3004 Knight Street, Building 6, Shreveport, LA 71105. This first-time event is free for families ready to get in the community “spirit” and will feature free trick-or-treating and hot dogs, chips, and drinks for the first 500 attendees!
